During office hours, Monday to Wednesday 8:30 to 5:00, Thursday by appointment, Friday 9:00 to 2:00, the front desk typically responds the same day, and requests sent after hours are answered when the office next opens. If you booked through Zocdoc, your confirmation arrives through Zocdoc as well.
